Experiment Central: Science Experiments Available 24/7 from the Gale Virtual Reference LibraryThe McKinney Public Library offers a growing collection of web-based eBooks on a variety of subjects from the Gale Virtual Reference Library. These titles are also useful for homework help and curriculum support for upper elementary through community college students.

You can search all titles at once, or individually. They can be accessed at the library, or remotely over the Internet 24/7.

The eBooks present the same information as their print versions, and are also accessible from searches made in the library’s catalog.

You can email, print, or download results, as well as send PDF copies of chapters or articles to your mobile device.

Results can be translated into any of eight languages. Citations can be generated in MLA (Modern Language Association) or APA (American Psychological Association) format.
